L. Perrin Bte. à Paris 51 Rue Lafitte made revolver, serial # 299, caliber 12mm,  6" barrel with fixed front sight, metal as fashionable at the time kept in the white, double action only, on cylinder and frame additional L. PERRIN, revolver is in good working order and very fine condition.  On cylinder a collection # 1111. In a couple of books about weapons of the Civil  War PERRIN is mentioned to have sold some revolvers.  A rare revolver in a much rarer and excellent condition case with decorative grain, loose ejector and Key.
The escutcheon inscribed with intertwined letters.    $6,000.

Perrin Bte. à Paris 51 Rue Lafitte made revolver, matching serial # 141, caliber 12mm thick rim, 6" barrel with maker's address and fixed front sight, metal as fashionable at the time kept in the white, double action only, on cylinder and frame additional L. PERRIN, revolver is in good working order and very fine condition.  In a couple of books about weapons of the Civil  War PERRIN is mentioned to have sold some revolvers. PERRIN & Cie. Bte. marked revolver on cylinder and right side of barrel lug, serial 547 on cylinder and left side. caliber 9mm, 3⅝" part round, part octagonal barrel with fixed front sight, notched hammer for rear sight. A floral scroll engraving is featured on the frame, 6-shot cylinder, folding trigger. Has a loading gate that swivels upward. Fitted with a one piece varnished grip. The revolver was kept in the white, now the frame has a smooth gray patina, with a darker patina on the barrel and cylinder. The grip is very fine with most of the varnish remaining. Mechanically excellent. Rare revolver in fine condition.    $2,850.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

PERRIN  & CIE. BTE
 made revolver, serial # 1939 on frame and under barrel, caliber 8mm  thick-rim Perrin / French, 3½" round barrel with fixed front sight, metal parts including blade kept in the white with floral engraving, plain varnished grip, folding trigger. The 6½" blade is held be a push button and the front sight. With a strong spring the revolver is in perfect working order. The condition is fine showing minor use which occurred during the 150 years. In a couple of books about weapons of the Civil War PERRIN is mentioned to have sold some revolvers.
A very rare and interesting oddity in fine condition.    $10,000.
