an early high quality Prussian / German made target pistol, caliber .50 percussion, 9½" octagonal barrel with dovetail front sight, multi grooved bore, on top of barrel silver inlaid in Gothic letters Goellner in Suhl plus floral motifs. On breech two leaves adjustable rear sight. The lock with gold inlaid Goellner in Suhl, light engraved and gold inlays on the side plate, trigger guard and furniture.  For target shooting equipped with set triggers - the tiny screw behind the trigger.
