EDUARD DE BEAUMONT, ROERMOND, a small Dutch gun maker, 1880s, made a Dutch Police revolver in caliber 9mm HOLL. which is also known as 9.4mm, but actually a .variation of the .38. On  barrel with a fixed front sight Dutch proof stamps, underneath the ejector system apparently inspired but the British patent, on the butt strap rack # 134, a German 1879 - 1883 style safety. The breech inscribed with two line EDUARD DE BEAUMONT, ROERMOND. E. de Beaumont in Maastricht built model 1873 cavalry revolvers. In good working order single and double action, with about 90% original deep blue. Crisp action, bright excellent bore with a few tiny spots. Excellent condition, and a very rare specimen!
